Tell All BBQ Competition Class - Coming Soon

Are you considering entering in your first professional BBQ competition? Already competing but can’t quite crack the top 10 or pull out a big win? Or maybe just want to up your BBQ game- then please join me in this two-day competition class taught by Pitmaster Chris Webb of Bushmaster BBQ. In this two-day class I will show you the tips and tricks that have helped us become one of the best cooks in the country. Travel anywhere in the country and cook with confidence! In this class you will learn:

· Mental Preparation

· Formulate Timelines (At altitude & sea level)

· Wood selection & fire management

· Source, select, trim all 4 meats

· Inject/season

· Finish

· Hot hold

· Box building & presentation

Day 1 class will convene at 3pm and run until 7pm or until every question is answered! Friday night dinner and Saturday morning breakfast will be provided for all. I look forward to spending the weekend with you and showing you how to win week in and week out from coast to coast!
